We look at how the nations were subdivided, how they evolved into the nations we have today, and how they govern their citizens. We explore how democracy originated in Greece and then dig deeper into what makes an economic system based on the two premises of ownership and decision-making. We gain a deeper understanding of living standards and what that means in terms of true progress. We discuss the two fundamental laws that traverse all religions and philosophies but find their origin in God’s Word. We look a little deeper into what causes poverty and wealth inequality and what we can do in a world that chooses its own way - doing what seems right in its own eyes.
